WHOLE HOUSE

• Vacuum and wash all floors
• *Dusting (all surfaces, vents, ceiling fans, picture frames/wall hangings, lampshades, and remove cobwebs)
• *Wipe light fixtures (outside if glass)
• Polish mirrors, glass surfaces and glass doors
• *Wipe baseboards and window sills
• Wipe around door handles and light switches
• Spot wipe walls
• Remove all trash

BATHROOMS

• Bath tub and/or shower enclosure cleaned and disinfected
• Sinks and counter tops cleaned and disinfected
• Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
• Mirrors cleaned
• Toilet (includes bowl and base) cleaned and disinfected
• Window sills wiped
• Trash emptied

KITCHEN

• Countertops and backsplash cleaned and disinfected
• Cabinet facings washed and wiped
• Sinks cleaned and disinfected
• Outside surfaces of appliances cleaned
• Inside of microwave cleaned
• Small appliances wiped
• Wash or dust table and chairs

BEDROOMS

• Vacuum under beds (must be manageable)
• Mirrors cleaned
• Linens changed/beds made when requested
